- Returns will be accepted within 60 days of purchase. The item must be in original packaging for the return to be accepted.
- When credit is due, it will be issued in the same form of payment used for original purchase.
- We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed by freight carrier.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges on returns (outbound & inbound).
- We are not responsible for fax or Internet orders that are not received due to technical error.
- We are not responsible for damages, defects, or missing parts on orders that are not reported to us within 60 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Defective items will be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued for non-repairable or exchangeable items.
- Products described as ‘weatherproof’ are only weatherproof up to the manufacturers standard. To find out more about what ‘weatherproof’ means, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- Products described as weatherproof must still be treated and protected as recommended. For example, the sukkah and schach must be tied down adequately to protect it from regular winds and electrical appliances must be stored out of the rain and electrical tape to be used as necessary.
- The Sukkah Boys take no responsibility for damage caused to private property or people due to extreme weather conditions.
- The Sukkah Boys will build your sukkah as safely and sturdily as possible however we take no responsibility for broken, damaged or fallen sukkahs caused by extreme weather conditions. The Sukkah Boys will be glad to assist in repairing your sukkah however this will incur further charges.
- The Sukkah Boys only provide a warranty/guarantee on products that we sell or provide. This does not apply to personal property.
- All products must be stored as per the storage instructions. For example, a sukkah must be stored in its storage bag protected from the elements.
- Your booking time is only an estimate and can be subject to changes due to weather conditions and unscheduled delays. The Sukkah Boys guarantee that your job will be completed prior to Sukkot.
- A cash deposit and signed rental form will be required upon rental of any product from the Sukkah Boys.
- Any loss or damage to rental products caused by negligence will incur a repair or replacement fee. The client is responsible to use the product as instructed.
- Any loss or damage to rental products caused by extreme weather or acceptable wear and tear will not incur a repair or replacement fee. The client is responsible to use the product as instructed.
- All rental products are to be returned as they were delivered including all parts and packaging.
- All decorations, products and packaging that requires disposal must be disposed of appropriately and safely.
- Many Sukkah Boys products or packaging are not suitable for young children without supervision. The Sukkah Boys take no responsibility for damage caused to children due to negligence or lack of supervision. Keep plastic and cardboard packaging out of reach of children.

Routine Information Collection
All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages.
